Returning a Product
We are sorry to hear that you are returning a product. However, we understand that from time to time this will happen. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – the products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
All returns must be received by Beeble within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for either a refund or credit note. Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 30 days from receipt of delivery.
To complete your return, please contact us at info@beeble.buzz with a receipt or proof of purchase (name and order number). You must obtain proof of postage for your return as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Items damaged due to insufficient returns packaging will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 48 hours of receipt of delivery, including a photograph of the damaged or faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement or refund with you.
Misplaced or Lost Goods
We can only replace misplaced packages if there has been an instance of negligence in delivery. All deliveries have a delivery photo included which should demonstrate that items have been left in a safe place. If you have trouble locating your delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date in order to discuss a replacement.
